Ibayo Admins Ph has been quietly evolving since 2021, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our founder embarked on a self-directed learning journey, utilizing free online training resources to deepen her expertise and excel in her chosen field. Although her academic background is in Political Science, she was driven by a passion to make a significant impact in her industry.

In 2024, Ibayo Admins Ph officially took shape on a Mi Pad 6, right at her dining table in her apartment. The process of selecting the business name was intricate, but the solution emerged with clarity and purpose.

The name "Ibayo" perfectly encapsulated her vision and aspirations.

 

Our name is inspired by the vibrant and close-knit barangay of Bayyo in the mountainous region of Luzon, Philippines, our founder’s hometown. In her local dialect, the people of this community are affectionately referred to as "Ibayyo." This term reflects a strong sense of identity and belonging among the residents. However, as many from our barangay ventured beyond the local area and into the metropolitan regions, the pronunciation evolved to "Ibayo."

Choosing "Ibayo" as the name for our business is a tribute to this cultural connection and a celebration of our origins. It symbolizes our commitment to bringing the warmth, dedication, and communal spirit of our hometown into every aspect of our administrative support services. By carrying forward the essence of "Ibayyo," we aim to infuse our work with the same sense of community and pride that defines our roots.

 

Interestingly, the word "Ibayo" also sometimes translates to "overseas" in English, a fitting representation of our business focus. Our primary goal is to provide top-notch administrative support to clients located outside the Philippines.
